Service terms
Fotbalovyweb.cz is a managed service. Hosting, technical updates and operation are included in the monthly fee. We do not sell a self-hosted licence.
What operation includes
The monthly plan includes the running website, technical updates and our hosting operation. It does not include domain registration or the yearly renewal at the registrar. The club owns the domain and we connect it. Prices exclude VAT. The quote before you order shows the amount to pay.
Monthly billing runs for an indefinite term. Cancellation is by email and takes effect after 30 days, and not before the end of the period already paid. Annual prepayment covers the twelve months paid. We do not automatically refund unused months.
Who owns the content
Texts, photographs, the crest, articles, matches, player profiles and the subscriber list supplied by the club belong to the club. We own the software and the Modernist template. A custom design paid for by the club may be used on that club's website. The club does not receive the system source code.
When the service ends we hand over articles, pages, matches, players and subscribers as JSON, and photographs and other files as a folder of files. That is not a finished website already moved into another CMS. We send the export to the club administrator's email.
Support and outages
Support hours are business days. Basic includes email, with a first reply within two business days. Club adds phone and a first reply within one business day.
Priority support on Partner means the request is handled ahead of the standard queue. We aim to reply within one business day, and on the same business day if the public website is down. Guaranteed support on Custom means the exact times and scope are written into that club's contract. On the other plans the times are targets, not a contractual penalty.
Report a fault or a security event to [email protected]. Put the club name in the subject and say whether the public site is down.
Newsletter, storage and migration
The newsletter is included on Partner and Custom. There is no published cap on subscribers or campaigns for ordinary mail from one club. It is not for sending on behalf of other organisations. Unusual volume is agreed first.
Photographs and files have no gigabyte cap on the price list. Storage is sized for normal articles, galleries and player photos. An unusually large historical archive is agreed before launch.
Migration by scope in the Modernist template setup means the club identity, selected permanent pages, partners and articles with photos, typically for the current season. It is not an automatic import of the entire old website. A wider archive is extended migration and is priced beforehand.
