Who operates the service

We operate Fotbalovyweb.cz. For this website and for enquiries, write to [email protected] or [email protected]. Legal form and registration details are on the invoice and we send them on request.

We are the controller for an enquiry sent from this website. For a club website, the club is usually the controller: it decides which players, photographs and subscribers go into the system. We process that data to operate the website.

Data from this website

The contact form stores the name, club, email, phone, message and the technical context of the submission: page address, referring page and any UTM parameters. We use them to reply and to see where the enquiry came from. The legal basis is preparing the offer you asked for.

Traffic measurement on this website loads only when the Databuddy script is configured. It records page views and technical loading data. It is not an advertising network and we do not sell the data. When the script is not configured, the page does not load it.

Data inside a club website

Accounts for administrators, coaches, editors and players contain an email, a name and a role. The user chooses the password. Access is sent by invitation. The club should not share one password.

The newsletter stores the subscriber email, language, consent or unsubscribe status and aggregate campaign results. The list belongs to the club. We do not use it for someone else's mail and we do not sell it. Each campaign should include an unsubscribe. The club needs its own reason to write to those people.

The club uploads player profiles and photographs, including pictures of children. The system can hide a child's surname and photo, but the club decides what is public. Publishing a child's photograph is not consent we give on the club's behalf.

Who else handles the data

This marketing website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Club websites are a managed service on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes the technical operation and delivery of the pages.

Enquiries and club email go through the transactional email provider configured for sending. We email the current list of processors from [email protected]. This page is not the processing agreement. That agreement is signed with the club when it orders the service.

Security, backups and incidents

Pages load over HTTPS. This website does not take card payments. Invoicing is by invoice. Each account belongs to a person. When someone leaves the club, an administrator should remove their access.

Backups exist so we can restore a club website after a technical failure on our side. They are not an archive from which the club restores any deleted page on its own. Ask for a restore at [email protected]. Retention is in that club's contract.

When we confirm an incident that affects a club's data, we write to the club's main contact. That does not end the club's duties as controller. Write to us as soon as you suspect a compromised account or a leak.

How long we keep data

We keep an enquiry while we are in discussion and then for as long as we need to show what was agreed. Club-website data stays for the contract. After it ends we hand over the export described in the service terms and remove working copies as backups expire.

For access, correction or deletion of data we control, write to [email protected]. For data the club uploaded, people should contact the club. We help the club carry the request out.
